We had a lovely assembly this morning practicing our hymns and listening to two P7s from School Council tell us about October’s Value focus - Honesty! Well done to our Stars of the Week! 👏🏼

We had our first High-Five Friday today at Carr’s Glen. The Anti-bullying Ambassadors met all the boys and girls this morning as they came in to school. They gave a high five greeting and a little treat. What a great way to start a Friday. #carrsglenrocks.

Mr Moore’s P7s were the first to have a gardening session with our school gardener, Gillian. We were recycling our old plant pots from last year and collecting leaves from the school grounds🌿🍂🍃🌳

Year 5 are learning to round to the nearest 10 and 100. We have enjoyed working in groups and playing games to consolidate our learning.

Year 6 have been learning about forces as part of their flight topic. Today, we conducted an experiment to explore gravity. We made predictions, carried out our experiment and recorded our observations. We were quite surprised by our results! Well done, Year 6!
